1. Who we are

AI Ceiling Fan (aiceilingfantransition.lol) is an independent AI video creation experience. It is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe, Google, or any brand or creator referenced on this site.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.

3. Plans and billing

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude local taxes. By starting checkout, you agree to the amount and billing interval displayed before payment.

4. Simulated creation queue

This version demonstrates the product with a simulated creation queue. Queue position, progress, and wait estimates are illustrative, do not guarantee a finished video, and may continue indefinitely until you leave the page.

5. Photos and prompts

Photos selected in the browser and prompt text remain local to your browser in this version. You must not use the service to violate another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass subscription controls, disrupt the service, probe other users’ data, automate abusive requests, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

7. Availability

We work to keep the site online, but it is provided “as is.” Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while the product is being developed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you subscribe applies to that subscription unless a later change is required by law.

Your Stripe receipt identifies the billing support contact for your subscription.
